DIM is a phytochemical that is found in plants in a form known as Indole-3-Carbinol or I-3-C. I-3-C occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and collard greens. It has been shown to support a shift in estrogen metabolism towards decreased estrogenic metabolites, thus it may assist in reducing the risk of estrogen sensitivities.
